Come to the Canterbury Hang Gliding and Paragliding Club anual general meeting.
When: Thursday 28th October 2010 at 7pm
Where: Ferrymead Speights Ale House, 2A Waterman Place, Ferrymead

~ Minutes from last AGM
~ Financial Statement
~ Reports from officers
~ Election of officers: President, Secretary, HG safety Officer, PG Safety Officer,
HG Sites Officer, PG Sites Officer, Airways Representative.
~ General business
~ Close of meeting
~ Social time.
I promise to make this meeting short and stick to the agenda.
Please consider becoming a club officer and put your name forward.
We need at least 20 members for an AGM so please make an effort.
Come early and have a bar meal first if you want.
The winds have been kind to us this spring ~ I hope everyone is getting their share of air time.
